Launched on 1 October 2024, the Women Skill Development Program empowers single women and those from financially weaker families by providing essential life and livelihood skills. Through 9 months of vocational training, including skills like Aari embroidery, women gain confidence, financial independence, and stable income opportunities. Each cycle benefits 80 women, including those affected by family alcoholism. Success stories like Sugantha, earning ₹5,000–₹8,000 per month, demonstrate the program’s impact. Our goal is for 70% of participants to achieve steady income within six months while enhancing their influence in household financial decisions.
